Capreolus venison is locally produced from wild deer from the Oxfordshire/Berkshire borders. It is not farmed, and has no known additives or preservatives.
All joints are traceable to individual animals “from field to fork” and have been culled and larder processed to legislative standards, and to those laid down by Deer Management Qualifications*.
